Simone has been my salvation in the past 6 months. She has helped me finally feel that I am in control of my health after 7 years of struggling with ME. I think she has magic powers…. she is a yoga therapist who also does EFT, and is generally very knowledgeable about all aspects of health. She is offering a special rate for my blog readers too….

And here comes the OFFER :-)
p.s. I just have a few more daytime slots that became available ( my wee boy seems now settled in school :-) and I run a PROMOTION for SEPTEMBER Your First session £25 instead of £50 That is a gigantic 50% off – never done before and exclusive to Jolene’s blog reader’s.
*Subject to availability.

Precious East:  So what’s so great about the east end?
Simone Moir: I love working here ( Have worked in other parts of Glasgow and it’s not the same ). People connect differently in the East. They are very sociable and caring.
With regards to Yoga and Emotional therapies: If you change one persons way of thinking, living and looking after themselves you can touch a lot of others at the same time. People share experience more readily. This has the effect of multiplying my work without having to put in extra hours.

With regards to my private life, I think Dennistoun rocks! I love all the little shops with their quirky owners: Organic bread right out of the oven at 8ish in the morning AHHHHHHH – heavenly!

PE:  where do you like to hang out?

  • SM: My sunny Yoga studio right above the Lloyds TB with 5 big windows :-) and lots of lovely energy.
  • Tapa, outside of Germany the best Bread EVER. Really good soups.
  • Tibo, They don’t look at me funny when I order a hot water with lemon ( they should really get some Tapa bread in though )
  • Sejuiced – great suntrap! and love there fresh juices and good soups
  • Glasgow Green – on those days when you do not know if the gales will rip you in two or you might get drowned between pleasant sunny spells, shelter is not far away – adventure here we come!
  • Alexandra park – I like getting off the beaten track there. Good for cycling and rolling down hills ( watch the doggy doodoo please )
  • In my south-west facing garden – when your imagination is limitless, the food is great and with splendid company.

PE:  what’s missing from the area
SM: Someone that actually gets on top of dog fouling and littering.
A clean safe play park in the dives
Schools that do not sit their kids in front of a video when it rains at lunch time ( what a sad excuse!!! ) We have to teach our kids better alternatives in school.
Male role models – where are they hiding? Get out and teach out boys to slay dragons, go on nature quests, listen to what they want and need. Stop them from turning into silly teenagers!!!

PE:  tell us about another east end based creative / thing that we should check out?
SM: The best hidden secret on the parade is Shiatsu Sandra - Heavenly hands!! And I m fussy :-)  07956419776

  1. I agree with Colin – Simone does rock. I’ve seen her five times now and can already feel the change in myself. I look forward to seeing her before the session and miss her already when I walk away after the session. She is very empathetic and at times it does feel as if she has magic powers. She has helped me with physical and emotional problems and I would strongly recommend contacting her if you have either of these problems.
